How to delete your SmashKarts account:

  • Android/iOS App: Main-menu => Settings => Delete Account OR

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject: Delete my SmashKarts account.
  • Include your SKID (Main-menu => Settings => Copy SKID) in the email.
  • Emails MUST be sent from the exact email address linked to your SmashKarts account.
  • We will not delete accounts that are linked to any other email addresses.
  • We aim to respond to your request within 30 days.
  • Please note: account deletions will permanently delete all your data and account details.
  • Transferring accounts to different email addresses is not supported.
